Paulina Biernacki (MEd)

Paulina Biernacki (MEd) grew up in Edmonton, AB and completed her undergraduate in Psychology at UBC. Prior to entering the program, she worked as a teaching assistant for students with learning disabilities. This experience inspired her to learn more about assessing factors that impacted learning, including developmental disabilities, learning disabilities and social-emotional health concerns. She is excited to become a school psychologist because of the opportunity to make positive changes at the child, classroom, and community level. The best thing about the School Psychology program is that it offers rigorous training in theory and practical experiences, balanced with a supportive community of faculty and peers.
