Anna Bowers (MA) is from Kitchener, Ontario. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo in 2012 with a major in Psychology. Anna’s research interests include the experience of parents as they receive an assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder for their young child. She is also interested in interventions for externalizing disorders in early childhood as well as treatment approaches that incorporate play. Anna enjoys running along the beautiful beaches in Vancouver as well as yoga, hiking, tennis, music, and cooking. She looks forward to continuing her academic journey with the amazing students and faculty in the program, and the exciting career opportunities ahead.
