“What Inclusion Means to Me” social media campaign contest

Social Media Campaign! Take a picture of yourself with 1-3 words describing what inclusion means to you. Post it on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #inclusionUBC, search the hashtag and like others’ posts. The post that receives the most likes will win a $50 Indigo gift card. All participants will also be entered into a random draw for a $50 Indigo gift card.

Throughout the rest of 2023, ETS, ECPS, and ELVLC will be promoting inclusive practices for people with exceptionalities. Our goal is to increase awareness of the theory behind and need for inclusive practices for students with exceptionalities in the faculty of education and beyond. We also hope to expand collaborations across and within departments to increase a culture of inclusive practices.
