There is a growing urgency to help schools create systemic change to reduce teacher stress, improve the culture of schools, and to support schools to be come centers of compassion and caring that support Social Emotional Learning. In this presentation we will discuss the exciting work on teacher mindfulness and how this work can become systemic, involving principals and administrators to create whole systems change.
