🗓 Date: Friday, December 12, 2025
⏰ Time: 10:00–11:30 AM (EST) / 16:00–17:30 (UK BST)

Process data in surveys and tests refers to information about how respondents complete the survey or test, not just their final answers. It captures the steps, behaviors, social-emotional, and cognitive features and interactions during the response process—such as time spent on questions, order of navigation, response strategies, distractors, or skipped items.
The Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to this year’s free online December 12 symposium, dedicated to advancing understanding of process data in surveys and tests. The event will bring together researchers, practitioners, and educators from around the world to explore how process data can enhance methodologies and improve applications across diverse fields.
We are honored to announce that Professor Bruno Zumbo, Distinguished University Scholar and Tier 1 Canada Research Chair at the University of British Columbia, will be among the featured speakers. His presentation will highlight the role of process data in shaping research and practice, offering valuable insights into its growing importance for the future of measurement and evaluation.
Registration is now open. We welcome all interested participants to join this important dialogue on innovation in measurement and evaluation. For more details and the registration link, please see the attached PDF.
