Dr. Cay Holbrook, professor in ECPS, will be speaking on Friday, March 3, 2023, at the American Association for the Advancement of Science as part of a multidisciplinary panel on research related to braille literacy. Holbrook and her colleagues Simon Fischer-Baum (cognitive psychology), Robert Englebretson (Linguistics) have received a US federal grant through the Institute of Education Sciences for research on the topic of how the Reading Sciences inform instruction in braille reading and writing.
