Alyssa Idler (MA) grew up in Nelson, BC. She completed her BA (honours) at the University of Victoria and at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. She spent a year working as a language assistant in the south of France before beginning the School Psychology program at UBC. She loves living in Vancouver, and never tires of exploring everything this beautiful city has to offer. She loves to travel, read, hike, practice yoga, and cycle through the countryside. Alyssa looks forward to a long career researching effective and efficient ways to make school an environment where all students feel safe and accepted.
