PSCTC PD Workshop: Know Your Code – An Ethics Refresher for Counsellors and Psychologists

The Psychological Services & Counselling Training Centre (PSCTC) at the University of British Columbia is excited to host a panel featuring Drs. Beth Haverkamp, Michael Sorsdahl and Bill Borgen.

This panel presentation by BC-based psychologists and counsellor-educators will examine the key things to pay attention to in your counselling/psychology practice to avoid having an ethics complaint made against you. Learn about the most common ethical challenges, the ongoing importance of consultation, and how ongoing discussions of ethical dilemmas can keep your practice on track.

This workshop is pending approval by CCPA to qualify for Continuing Education Credits.

The PSCTC is pending approval by the Canadian Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. The PSCTC maintains responsibility for the program.

All participants will receive a certificate of participation.

This workshop has a cost of $10 for students and $25 for faculty, staff, and community members.
