Masahiro Minami Sweeps Competition in 3 Minute Postdoc Slam

photo of masahiro minami (67kb) DSC_10439 (2)On May 8, 2015, Dr. Minami competed and won first prize in a university-wide friendly competition where competitors have 1 static slide and 3 minutes to explain the breadth and significance of their postdoctoral research to a non-specialist audience.

Dr. Masahiro Minami received his Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. He is the current holder of the UBC’s premier Morita Post-doctoral Fellowship for Peace Action Research and is the founder and co-director of the Globe in Peace Project at UBC.
