Italian novelists, Roberto Saviano and Alessandro Baricco, and the young people involved introduce this video of a Dedalus project on the use of narrative in a career guidance program in Italian secondary schools.
After two years the Dedulus project concluded successfully in December 2013 with fewer school dropouts and more self awarness and self-efficacy among students. This innovative school guidance program was funded by the European Funds Interreg, cross-border cooperation program Italy – Switzerland 2007 – 2013.
The objective of Dedalus is to develop innovative practices in school guidance through the use of narrative. It is the first experience of the kind in Italy.
