The BC Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (BCASLPA) recognizes individuals or teams who make significant contributions to the professions of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology, and/or to the individuals they serve, by offering privileged awards.
BCASLPA’s annual conference was held in Penticton, BC over the weekend of October 23rd. Here, Dr. Pat Mirenda was presented with the Distinguished Service Award. This award honours individuals who are not speech-language pathologists or audiologists, but who have made outstanding contributions to the professions and the communities they serve.
